green juice

this summer i jumped on the healthy bandwagon. i mean, ive always been eating healthy but my new addiction to the cold-pressed organic green juices is something new. luckily, there are numerous places around my home in lower east side that sell these vitamin elixirs :) earth matters has an great selection for $9 each, juice press has a little more of a variety ranging from $10-14 and my favorites are "love at first sight" and the coconut juice. then there is commodities natural market that has a great green juice that is made of kale, celery, romaine and ginger. the rule of thumb is--the worse it tastes, the better it is for you. i can really feel more energized, stronger, and alert after drinking these juices. so cheers to that!
